Processing Time

Tempus Collective ships exclusively within Indonesia from our hubs in Jakarta and Batam, using reliable courier services JNE and J&T.
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days upon confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping across Indonesia: enter code BEBASONGKIR at checkout and the shipping fee is waived.
Without the code, shipping fees follow the official rates of JNE or J&T for your destination and preferred courier, shown during checkout.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. If an order is cancelled due to incorrect address details, we refund your payment minus the courier and payment fees already incurred.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Once dispatched, your parcel is expected to arrive within 1 to 5 business days, following the standard delivery times of JNE and J&T across Indonesia.

Payment & Reservation

Pay by QRIS for orders up to Rp5,000,000 (works with GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay and mobile banking apps), OVO, bank virtual account (BCA, BRI, BNI, OCBC NISP, Danamon and other banks), or Alfamart and Alfamidi for orders up to Rp2,500,000. Checkout shows only the methods available for your order total.
Every piece is one of a kind, so after you place an order it is reserved for you for 30 minutes while you complete payment. Unpaid orders are then cancelled automatically and the piece returns to the collection. If your payment arrives after the reservation has ended and the piece has already been sold, we refund the full amount to you.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is curated and authenticated, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. You can make a claim in these cases:

  • Not authentic: full refund (see Authenticity below).
  • Wrong, missing, damaged in transit or not as described (for example an undisclosed defect or a material different from the listing): contact us within 7 days of delivery with a continuous unboxing video and clear photos, and we will make it right.
  • Battery or function failure within 2 weeks of delivery: covered by our Timekeeping Warranty below.

Delays caused by the courier are outside our control. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf. Tempus Collective is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling after delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

Condition Grades

Every watch is checked for function and timekeeping before it is listed, and the photos show the actual piece.

  • Excellent: minimal signs of wear, visible only on close inspection.
  • Very Good: light surface wear consistent with age, such as fine hairline scratches. Nothing that affects wear or function.
  • Good: visible signs of age, such as scratches or patina, all shown in the photos. Fully functional.

Timekeeping Warranty

All watches are checked for basic function and timekeeping prior to sale. However, due to the mechanical nature and vintage status of many pieces, we cannot guarantee long-term accuracy or performance.

We provide a 2-week battery and function warranty from the delivery date: if the battery or a function fails, we replace the battery or repair the watch at no cost. Not covered: drops, water damage, misuse, or repairs by third parties.

Authenticity

Every piece at Tempus Collective is guaranteed authentic and verified by our in-house team.
We exclusively offer branded, original products. If you believe a piece is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence; if it is confirmed not authentic, we refund your payment in full once the piece is returned. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, feel free to contact us before completing your purchase.
